Award-Winning Photographers Exhibit Powerful Frontline Images from Ukraine at WARM Festival and Bayeux Calvados-Normandy Award
In another successful joint endeavor between WARM Foundation and the Bayeux Calvados-Normandy Award for War Correspondents, an exhibition featuring award-winning photographers’ gripping images from the frontlines in Ukraine will be showcased. The exhibition made its debut at the WARM Festival in Sarajevo and will be featured at the prestigious 30th edition of the Bayeux Calvados-Normandy Award in October 2023.
Heidi Levine, Vlada nad Konstantyn Liberov, Laurent Van Der Stockt, Felipe Dana, Evgeniy Maloletka, Nicole Tung and Finbar O’Reilly, photographers who cover the war Ukraine, participated in the project with their images shot at different frontlines of an ongoing, bloody conflict bringing to the public the real nature of this conflict.
This collaboration between WARM and the Bayeux Calvados-Normandy Award highlights the shared commitment to promoting exceptional journalism and photography that sheds light on the harsh realities of war.
